Services and Clinics

Our GP’s provide the full range of care required by the NHS plus some specialist services eg. minor surgery, vasectomy and acupuncture. These additional services will be offered by your GP if appropriate.

We have a team of practice nurses who are able to treat minor illness, eg. sore throats, earache, cystitis, vaginal discharge, urinary tract infections and hay fever.

Their services also include:

  • Well Patient and New Patient Checks
  • Cervical Smears
  • Contraception
  • Menopause
  • Childhood Immunisations
  • Influenza and Pneumococcal Vaccinations
  • Foreign Travel Advice and Vaccinations
  • Blood Pressure Monitoring
  • Chronic Disease Management including Coronary Heart Disease, Stroke, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD.
  • Stop Smoking Advice
  • Following referral by a GP Practice Nurses can also carry out Cryotherapy Treatment, ECG and Spirometry.

We offer a phlebotomy (blood taking) service at various surgeries. Please ask at any reception for details.

Community Nurses

The Community Nurses can be contacted by telephone on 01904 627635 between the hours 8.30am - 6.00pm. For urgent out of hours calls please telephone 0845 0568 0660.

Midwife

A Midwife can be contacted by telephone on 01904 726720 between the hours 8.30am - 4.30pm. For urgent out of hours calls please telephone 01904 726004.

Test results

If your doctor has requested you send a sample to the laboratory for testing. You can receive the results of your test if you telephone the Practice Results Line on 01904 724641 between 8.30am - 12.30pm, Monday - Friday, one week after the test is done.

How to Register

Provided you are residing within our practice area, you may register at any of our surgeries by completing a registration form. Alternatively you can download a registration form, using the following links, but this cannot be
submitted online, it must be completed and signed by the patient or the patient’s representative and handed in at reception.
