Before you can start to use this service you must be over 16 years old and visit the surgery in person to register for online services. ID will be required before the receptionist can provide you with a unique login username and password. Please ask at reception for further details.
You may request to be seen at any of the surgeries and during periods of heavy demand you may be offered an alternative to your usual GP. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.
Telephone Calls
Our busiest times fall between 8.00am and 10.00am daily. We would ask that you please try and avoid telephoning between these times unless you require an urgent appointment or visit. A telephone call or telephone consultation may be offered as an alternative to an appointment or a visit.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and feel a home visit is needed please let us know as early as possible in the morning by telephoning the Visits Lines on 01904 721833. A doctor may telephone you back to discuss the problem first.
