Appointments

To make the best possible use of everyone’s time, consultations are by appointment. An appointment can be made in person at any of the surgeries or by telephone on 01904 724600.

You may request to be seen at any of the surgeries and during periods of heavy demand you may be offered an alternative to your usual GP. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.

Telephone Calls

Our busiest times fall between 8.00am and 10.00am daily. We would ask that you please try and avoid telephoning between these times unless you require an urgent appointment or visit. A telephone call or telephone consultation may be offered as an alternative to an appointment or a visit.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and feel a home visit is needed please let us know as early as possible in the morning. A doctor may telephone you back to discuss the problem first.
